Happylab Solutions Private Limited is looking for a people-focused and proactive Junior HR professional with 5+ years of experience to join the team in Khar West, Mumbai. Operating in the wellness and healthcare sector, Happylab Solutions fosters a fast-paced startup environment dedicated to holistic well-being and employee growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes, handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation, drive employee engagement, team-building, wellness, and culture-building initiatives, manage monthly and quarterly performance review processes and KRAs/KPIs, support managers and employees with HR-related queries, feedback, and conflict resolution, identify training and development requirements and support L&D initiatives, develop employee retention and career growth initiatives, work closely with the Founder on people-related and organizational matters, conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback, ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws, improve and automate HR processes wherever required. Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, strong experience in HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and personnel management, good understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment regulations, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills, people-first approach with a positive and approachable personality, experience in the wellness or healthcare industry as an added advantage.
