Ramboll is hiring a Senior HR Coordinator - EMEA for Gurugram location with a hybrid work model. Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company with more than 18,000 experts across 35 countries focused on sustainable development and innovative solutions. The role is part of Ramboll’s Global HR Operations team supporting countries globally through HR operations services using HRIS platforms such as Workday. Responsibilities include handling HR operation processes, Workday system support, HR service requests, SLA management, HR operations ticket handling, employee lifecycle support, SOP documentation updates, quick guide and training material creation, operational task transition support, stakeholder coordination, and participation in global HR operational review calls. Candidates should possess strong experience in Global HR Operations, HRIS tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP, and experience working in international and multicultural matrix organizations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to mentor teams, manage operational deliverables, and support global HR processes.
