Talent Corner H.R. Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technology recruitment activities across diverse IT roles. The position involves candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, joining follow-ups, and talent pipeline development. Talent Corner is a recruitment and HR services organization headquartered in Mumbai, with recruitment services across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities from sourcing through joining.
Understand technical hiring requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit for Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Software Development, Data Engineering, Testing/QA, UI/UX, Product, Project, and IT Support roles.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate technical understanding.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Manage salary negotiations and coordinate offer discussions and rollouts.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future IT requirements.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and ensure timely position closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring-related MIS.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
