Description: Xbattery is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for MBA students specializing in HR Management who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, assisting in onboarding and employee documentation processes, coordinating with candidates and internal teams for hiring activities, maintaining candidate databases, trackers, and HR records, supporting employee engagement and internal HR communication initiatives, assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job portals, following up with candidates, and supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Industry: EV and Clean Energy. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, self-initiative, proactive problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
