Description: Loco Bear is hiring an Assistant Manager HRBP for its Bengaluru location. Industry: Entertainment, Hospitality, Food & Beverage. The role partners with business leaders and team members to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit processes. Responsibilities include implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, assisting managers with goal setting, feedback and development plans, handling employee relations queries, conducting one-on-one discussions, resolving workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, maintaining HR records, tracking HR metrics, supporting employee engagement and recognition initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Candidates should have strong HR Operations and HR Business Partnering experience, employee relations expertise, labor law knowledge, performance management experience, and excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or Food & Beverage environments is preferred.
