Description: The organization is hiring an HR Head for its Pune location. The role involves leading and managing end-to-end Human Resource operations, strategy, and Industrial Relations (IR) functions. Responsibilities include managing labor unions, handling wage negotiations, settlements, dispute resolution, employee relations, and coordination with union representatives and statutory authorities. The position requires developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and organizational procedures, manpower planning, recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management including onboarding, appraisals, promotions, confirmations, and exit processes. Candidates should have extensive experience in Industrial Relations, union management, workforce planning, and strategic HR leadership. Immediate joiners are preferred. Work Nature: Work From Office.
