Description : The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Coordination, Documentation, and HR Business Partnering activities. Responsibilities include designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, learning sessions, and culture-building activities, developing internal communication materials such as newsletters, posters, campaigns, and announcements, conceptualizing and driving creative engagement campaigns and events, partnering with stakeholders to increase participation and alignment, experimenting with innovative online and offline engagement formats, tracking effectiveness of initiatives and implementing improvements based on feedback. The role also involves managing end-to-end logistics for engagement programs and HR initiatives, maintaining accurate HR documentation, generating reports and metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making, acting as an HR Business Partner for assigned employee groups, conducting exit interviews, facilitating team and manager meetings, addressing employee queries and grievances, and building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. Candidates should possess creativity in employee engagement and campaign design, proficiency in AI tools and Canva, strong learning agility, ownership mindset, collaboration skills, and strong communication abilities. Knowledge of Excel, HRBP processes, employer branding, content creation, storytelling, and data interpretation will be advantageous. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of work from the office.
