Job Description
VRK Power is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for BFSI and ISP requirements, with a primary focus on Networking and Security. The role requires strong technical hiring expertise across software development, databases, system administration, DevOps, testing, Big Data, and cloud technologies. VRK Power operates in manpower management, recruitment, staffing, and IT contract staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interviewing and hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, Google Advanced Search, X-Ray Search, and other recruitment channels.
Handle recruitment requirements across Networking and Security, Software Development, Databases, System Administration, DevOps, Testing, Big Data, and Cloud technologies.
Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, project exposure, and client requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Negotiate salary rates, contract terms, durations, and other hiring-related aspects with candidates.
Maintain updated databases of consultants and vendors.
Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Attend weekly management meetings and present recruitment performance updates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related MIS.
Manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously while meeting defined hiring timelines.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through joining.

Candidates should have strong sourcing, screening, client coordination, negotiation, communication, and candidate-management skills.
