Job Description
Itechstack is hiring experienced Engineering Non-IT Recruiters to join its team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The role focuses on recruiting engineering professionals across Semiconductor, Automotive, Aerospace, Embedded & IoT, Industrial Automation, and Product Development domains. The position requires strong sourcing and screening expertise, understanding of engineering requirements, initial technical evaluation skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidate profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering and non-IT positions.
Understand engineering job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Recruit professionals across Semiconductor, Automotive, Aerospace, Embedded & IoT, Industrial Automation, and Product Development domains.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering requirements.
Screen resumes and assess candidates against technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Conduct initial technical evaluations to assess candidate suitability.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming engineering requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
Ensure submission of high-quality resumes aligned with hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple engineering requirements simultaneously while meeting defined timelines.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide recruitment updates and support timely closure of open positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
