Industry: SaaS / Product Technology | Employee Size: . We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can own, rebuild, and scale the entire Talent Acquisition function from scratch. This is a builder role requiring ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle including JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-joining communication. The role involves designing and implementing recruitment processes, configuring ATS platforms, standardizing JD templates, building structured interview scorecards, defining hiring SLAs, managing sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, campus hiring, and specialist tech communities. Responsibilities include maintaining hiring dashboards, tracking metrics such as time-to-offer, offer acceptance rate, source mix and pipeline health, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, managing vendor relationships, driving employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and technology communities, coaching TA team members, defining KPIs, and providing regular pipeline reporting to leadership. Candidates should have strong experience in startup environments, senior-level technology hiring, ATS implementation or configuration, SaaS or product technology hiring, and a metrics-driven recruitment approach. Experience scaling organizations, building campus hiring programs, onboarding process design, and employer branding initiatives will be advantageous.
