The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support manufacturing and corporate recruitment initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include talent sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, building strong candidate pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding, implementing diverse hiring strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions, assessing candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, managing blue-collar hiring for production workers, technicians, and operational roles, partnering with plant managers for workforce planning, conducting executive search assignments for senior leadership positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, and generating recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics to improve hiring effectiveness.
