Job Description
MaximaTek is hiring an experienced OPT Recruiter to join its growing US Staffing team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on recruiting and managing US-based IT consultants across OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and USC hiring categories. The position requires strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and consultant recruitment skills, along with a solid understanding of US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT staffing recruitment activities for consultant hiring.
Source and recruit candidates with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card, and USC work authorization.
Understand US staffing requirements and identify suitable consultant profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and role suitability.
Conduct candidate discussions and maintain regular engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain a strong consultant and candidate pipeline for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously while meeting defined hiring timelines.
Ensure timely follow-ups and successful candidate closures.
Support the recruitment team in achieving staffing targets and business objectives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced night-shift environment will be preferred.
