Scatter is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Mumbai office. Scatter operates in the Advertising Services industry with approximately 51-200 employees. At Scatter, meaningful content is at the heart of modern marketing strategy. From tactical campaigns to transformational programs, the team works on growing partner businesses through impactful content and digital marketing solutions. With a workforce of 60+ employees, the company offers strong learning opportunities and cross-functional collaboration. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative communities, identifying and engaging passive candidates, and building talent pipelines across functions including Content Writers, Copywriters, Designers, Visualizers, Video Producers, SEO Specialists, Account Managers, Strategists, and Customer Success Operations.
The role includes conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining candidate communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, refine job descriptions, provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks, and support hiring decisions.
Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate databases for future hiring needs, leveraging referrals and professional networks, engaging with talent communities within marketing and creative industries, tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline health, and maintaining organized recruitment records and documentation.
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within marketing, creative agencies, start-ups, or related environments. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, excellent communication abilities, multitasking capabilities, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are required. Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Otter AI, and Metaview for candidate sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment efficiency is preferred. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics will be an advantage.
