Job Description
Experis India is hiring experienced Senior US IT Recruiters to join its recruitment team in Bangalore. The role focuses on US IT staffing and requires strong hands-on experience in W2 and C2C recruitment, technical candidate sourcing, client and candidate management, and end-to-end recruitment. Candidates with integration or implementation recruitment experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment activities from requirement intake through offer closure and joining.
Work closely with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements and recruitment priorities.
Recruit IT professionals across roles such as Developers, QA, Data Analysts, and other technology positions.
Handle W2 and C2C recruitment requirements across US staffing mandates.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage interview feedback, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining processes.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment stakeholders.
Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting defined submission and closure timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Provide regular recruitment updates and support timely position closures.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Contribute to recruitment targets, delivery goals, and continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

Preferred Profile: Professionals with 3ā8 years of relevant US Staffing experience and strong hands-on expertise in W2 and C2C recruitment. Candidates should have good knowledge of US IT roles, strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Integration / Implementation recruitment experience will be preferred.
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidate must be based in Bangalore.
Candidates must be available for a Face-to-Face interview.
Strong hands-on experience in W2 and C2C recruitment is required.
Experience with US IT recruitment and technical job portals is required.
Bench Sales experience will not be considered.
Candidates with more than 10 years of total experience are not eligible.
