Job Description
Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited is hiring a Sr Process Associate – Hire to Retire for its Global Business Services division in Bangalore. The role is part of the People & Organization function and is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR administrative support for UK employees, managers, and HR colleagues. The selected candidate will manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contract changes, employee data maintenance, organizational updates, documentation management, and offboarding processes for UK employees. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems in accordance with UK policies, service level agreements, and data privacy requirements.
The role involves handling HR service requests and cases through designated HR service platforms, ensuring timely resolution, correct routing, documentation, and closure of cases with a high degree of accuracy and quality. The candidate will work closely with UK Front Office HR teams, Payroll teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution and issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include participation in knowledge transfer sessions, process transitions, continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation updates, audit support, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, experience with HR systems such as Workday, People Center, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS platforms, and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones. Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Back Office HR Administration, or global delivery environments is preferred. Exposure to UK HR processes will be an added advantage.
