Job Description
Centric Brands is hiring a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisitions (6-Month) for its Gurugram location. Centric Brands is a leading lifestyle brand collective engaged in designing, sourcing, marketing, and selling high-quality products across apparel, accessories, entertainment, and beauty segments. Reporting to the Manager, Talent (Asia), the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, talent management, and HR operations across the Asia region.
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and recruitment reporting. The candidate will partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, create job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities include leveraging LinkedIn and other job boards to attract top talent, utilizing the ICIMS talent acquisition platform to maintain candidate records and generate recruitment reports, conducting recruitment process training for hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment dashboards and trackers.
The position will also support recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding activities, talent community engagement, and training programs across Asia. The candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess employee development requirements and identify career growth opportunities.
In HR Operations, responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation programs, coordinating with IT and Administration teams, managing documentation, facilitating offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, ensuring timely system access removal, monitoring compliance with local labor laws, supporting HR audits, reviewing employment documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR practices in India.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent management systems, LinkedIn sourcing, HR operations, compliance management, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and recruitment analytics. Experience in multinational organizations is preferred, while sourcing industry experience will be an added advantage. The role may require travel as needed and offers opportunities to participate in employee engagement initiatives including Be Green, Be Giving, and Be Celebrated programs.
