The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and drive talent acquisition and people-management processes. This role is crucial in building a positive, productive, and high-performing workplace culture. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations and resolving workplace concerns, administering employee benefits and maintaining personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations, supporting performance management and employee development programs, coordinating HR operations, contributing to organizational growth initiatives, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values. Candidates should have proven knowledge of HR principles and best practices, experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management and HR operations, strong understanding of labor laws, compliance and HR policies, experience in employee benefits administration and personnel management, excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry is preferred.
