Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is hiring for the position of Advisor/Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition (Early Careers - UK) for its HR People Hub in Bangalore. The HR organization consists of 270+ professionals operating across Recruitment, Lifecycle, Offboarding, Service Excellence and Contact Management teams. The role involves delivering high volumes of graduate, placement and apprentice recruitment while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from attraction support, selection and assessment through onboarding. The selected candidate will work closely with the UK Recruitment Team to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
Key responsibilities include shortlisting candidates across graduate, apprentice and placement streams, managing relationships with business stakeholders and the wider Early Careers Team, handling large candidate volumes through the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, managing recruitment activities through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), delivering virtual interview days, supporting equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, reviewing candidate pipelines using recruitment reports and analytics, and collaborating closely with the wider Early Careers team to ensure consistent and efficient recruitment delivery.
Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, presentation skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities from start to finish, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience using recruitment systems and ATS platforms, strong customer focus, relationship-building skills, process orientation, adaptability and the ability to work independently while remaining connected with the wider team. Experience in Early Careers recruitment is desirable, though candidates with a strong interest in learning this area will also be considered.
