We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive - Recruiter to support high-volume and mass hiring requirements. The Bulk Recruitment Recruiter will drive large-scale recruitment processes to fill multiple open positions quickly and efficiently. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding while ensuring hiring targets are achieved within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Mass Hiring Drives:
Execute end-to-end mass hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet urgent workforce demands.
High-Volume Sourcing:
Develop effective multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and walk-in recruitment drives.
Fast-Paced Screening:
Screen large volumes of resumes and conduct initial assessments and interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, headcount planning, and hiring timelines.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
Extend job offers, support salary negotiations, and coordinate smooth onboarding and induction processes.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, sourcing effectiveness, and other hiring KPIs to improve future recruitment campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in high-volume hiring or mass recruitment.
Experience within BPO, Retail, Manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and HR software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure recruitment environment.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
