The selected candidate will own end-to-end technology hiring mandates and work closely with founders, business leaders, and hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end technology hiring mandates.
Handle recruitment across Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Quality Assurance roles.
Manage stakeholder relationships with founders, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence research, and strategic hiring support activities.
Mentor junior recruiters and drive delivery excellence within the recruitment team.
Support hiring strategy development and workforce planning initiatives.
