Job Description
BandhanTech is hiring experienced IT Recruiters to join its recruitment team in Bangalore. The role focuses on contract staffing and end-to-end IT recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, technical hiring, job posting, mass mailing, stakeholder coordination, and closure of mid- and senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract staffing requirements.
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Create and post job descriptions across relevant sourcing platforms.
Conduct mass mailing and other candidate outreach activities.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Recruit for mid-level and senior-level IT positions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical skills, technologies, and relevant IT stacks.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or stakeholders.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate feedback, salary discussions, negotiations, offer rollout, and joining coordination.
Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while meeting defined hiring timelines.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and requirement status.
Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Strong technical understanding, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills will be preferred.
