BOLDNET India Career Services Pvt Ltd, Pune is hiring for the position of Trainee Partner Acquisition Manager - Corporate Alliances for its product MyCareer Buddy (MCB), a Digital Employability Enhancement Platform. The role objective is to build a strong network of companies on the MyCareer Buddy platform by reaching out to MSMEs and corporates who recruit BBA, MBA and PGDM graduates, explaining the benefits of the platform and onboarding them as recruitment partners during the pilot phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Outreach: Identify and approach MSMEs, startups and corporates who recruit management graduates. Reach out through professional networks, referrals and other channels.
Platform Presentation: Introduce companies to the MyCareer Buddy platform. Explain platform features, advantages and benefits for recruiters.
Partner Onboarding: Encourage companies to register on the platform. Assist them in posting job descriptions or internship opportunities. The organization is offering free fresher recruitment support to corporate partners for the next one year.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain a database of company contacts. Maintain regular engagement with empanelled companies.
Market Intelligence: Understand hiring needs of companies and share insights with the internal team to strengthen platform offerings.
Target Outcomes:
Empanel companies as hiring partners on the platform.
Encourage companies to post recruitment requirements.
Help build a diverse employer network for the pilot phase.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate, MBA student or early professional.
Strong communication and networking skills.
