The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring an HRBP for its Mumbai office. With 19,000 ice cream professionals and iconic brands including Wall’s, Cornetto, and Ben & Jerry’s across 76 countries, the company is the world's largest pure-play ice cream organization. The HRBP will partner with the Go To Market (GTM) Leadership Team including Sales and Marketing functions to translate commercial priorities into people, organization, and culture strategies. The role is responsible for enabling a high-performance environment by strengthening organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, organization design, and ways of working while delivering HR interventions that directly support business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include strategic people partnering with GTM leadership, shaping and executing people and organization agendas aligned to business priorities, workforce planning, capability assessment, organization design, and providing strategic guidance based on data-driven insights. The role will lead the full talent management cycle including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, internal mobility, leadership development, and capability building across Sales and Marketing teams. The HRBP will work closely with expertise teams to develop commercial capabilities including e-commerce, digital selling, sales fundamentals, and strategic customer partnerships.
Additional responsibilities include coaching leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and inclusive behaviors, driving organization design changes, enhancing ways of working, leading cultural transformation initiatives, measuring impact through analytics and employee insights, partnering with People Experience teams to ensure efficient HR operations, monitoring service quality, driving continuous improvements, and managing budgets while ensuring governance compliance.

The position will have a significant impact across a pan-India business with deep market penetration and strong consumer reach.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred. A minimum of 7 years of HR Business Partnering experience supporting Sales functions is required. Strong expertise in talent management, organization development, transformation management, change management, stakeholder management, workforce planning, leadership coaching, HR analytics, and partnering within matrix organizations is essential. Experience in FMCG, Customer Development, Sales, Marketing, Ice Cream, Dairy, or Food Manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
