We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional with strong expertise in LMS operations and learning process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for learning systems and processes.
Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle and learning operations.
Ensure compliance training adherence and certification program effectiveness.
Handle escalations and resolve complex learning-related queries.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Manage content administration and curriculum structuring activities.
Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards, analytics, and learning metrics.
Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the team.
Essential Skills:
Subject Matter Expertise in Learning & Development Operations.
Learning Management Systems (Oracle LMS preferred).
Learning compliance and certification program management.
Content management and curriculum structuring.
Reporting and analytics in learning systems.
Process improvement and automation.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate or MBA with HR or Learning & Development specialization.
Experience Required:
Strong experience in Learning & Development operations and LMS management.
