Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning programs for employees.
Develop impactful training content, presentations, learning materials, and training modules.
Assess training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Support employee learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and development opportunities.
Design and deliver learning interventions that improve employee performance and capability.
Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that inspire and engage participants.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Canva for content creation and training material development.
Passion for training, learning, employee development, and talent growth.
Ability to inspire, engage, and develop talent through effective training programs.
