Job Description
Turtix Hive is hiring an HR Manager - Operations for its Mumbai office located at BKC. This role requires an experienced HR professional with expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical organizations or field-force-driven businesses will be preferred. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for field staff and support roles, handle bulk hiring requirements, coordinate manpower planning with business stakeholders, build talent pipelines through consultants, job portals, and referrals, and ensure seamless onboarding and joining processes. Responsibilities include managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, maintaining employee databases and HRMS records, handling attendance and leave management, monitoring field reporting systems, managing confirmations, transfers, exit formalities, and ensuring policy implementation across regions. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, grievance handling, retention initiatives, employee engagement activities, supporting performance management and disciplinary actions, and acting as a bridge between employees and management. Payroll responsibilities include managing attendance inputs, incentives, travel allowances, reimbursements, salary processing, audits, and statutory compliance. The candidate must ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus regulations, labour laws, and state-wise statutory requirements while maintaining statutory records and supporting inspections. The position requires strong skills in field force recruitment, bulk hiring, payroll processing, HRMS management, employee relations, MS Excel, and data analysis. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period are preferred.
