Job Description
The Judge Group is hiring experienced Engineering / Aerospace Recruiters for its recruitment teams in Noida and Hyderabad. The role focuses on US-based Aerospace and Defense recruitment, with responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, technical candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, interview coordination, and successful hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Engineering, Aerospace, and Defense requirements.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable engineering and aerospace candidate profiles.
Recruit professionals across Aerospace, Engineering, and General Aerospace & Defense (GAD) requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering and aerospace positions.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Conduct initial technical candidate assessments and determine overall role suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer discussions, and joining processes.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming US Aerospace and Defense requirements.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Provide regular recruitment updates and support timely position closures.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to recruitment targets and continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
