e-Hireo Global is hiring recruitment professionals to join its growing executive search team in Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking platforms, and social media channels. Responsibilities include screening candidate profiles, evaluating suitability against client requirements, working on product and technology hiring mandates, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
The role also involves candidate engagement, interview coordination, recruitment reporting, talent market research, and achievement of recruitment targets. Candidates will track recruitment performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports while ensuring delivery excellence and quality hiring outcomes. The position offers opportunities to work closely with clients and gain exposure to executive search methodologies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment or non-technical recruitment with strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques and social media hiring. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, Indeed, IIMJobs, and similar recruitment platforms is preferred. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are essential. Team handling or client management experience will be an added advantage.
