Job Description
GeekSoft Consulting is hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Associate for its Bengaluru office with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days of work from the office. The role is designed for ambitious and highly driven technology recruiters who have experience navigating global talent markets and recruiting technical professionals across Europe and other international regions.
The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche and high-demand technology roles across Europe, APAC, and US markets. Responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, assessing, and hiring professionals in areas such as Cloud Computing, Salesforce, SAP, Cyber Security, DevOps, Software Architecture, and other emerging technology domains.
The role requires conducting strategic market mapping and passive talent outreach through advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and global talent networks. The candidate will be responsible for building active talent pipelines, identifying top technology professionals, and supporting critical hiring mandates across multiple international markets.
Additional responsibilities include navigating cross-border recruitment requirements such as international notice periods, compliance considerations, visa-related constraints, global salary benchmarking, and localized employment frameworks. The candidate will partner closely with leadership teams and hiring managers to provide talent market intelligence, workforce availability insights, and recruitment strategy recommendations.
The role also involves delivering a candidate-first experience by ensuring a professional, engaging, and culturally aware interview process for global technology candidates. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions across Europe including the UK, DACH region, Benelux countries, and Nordic markets, along with exposure to other global regions.
Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, cloud infrastructure technologies, enterprise software ecosystems, and modern technology stacks. Excellent English communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, sourcing expertise, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
