Job Description
AKKODIS is hiring experienced Senior IT Recruiters for its Canada Staffing team in Noida. The role focuses on end-to-end Canadian IT recruitment, high-volume hiring, enterprise-client requirements, technical sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery for Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for Canadian staffing requirements.
Handle recruitment for clients across Western Canada.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
Manage high-volume hiring requirements while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
Work directly with Canadian clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Support recruitment requirements across Energy, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Transportation, Utilities, Infrastructure, Logistics, and related industries.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining processes.
Maintain strong relationships with Canadian clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely candidate submissions and closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related documentation.
Provide regular recruitment updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to sourcing strategy improvements and overall talent acquisition objectives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Preferred Profile: Professionals with 3ā9 years of IT recruitment experience, including at least 3 years of Canadian recruitment experience. Candidates with a proven track record in high-volume hiring and large enterprise-client recruitment will be preferred. Experience supporting Western Canada clients across Energy, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Transportation, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
