AKAG & Associates / AKAG Advisors is hiring a Payroll Processor for its Noida Sector 62 office. This is a full-time work from office opportunity for professionals with experience in payroll operations and statutory compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll including salary calculations, allowances, bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions. Responsibilities include verifying attendance records, leave data, payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory regulations, maintaining employee payroll records, coordinating with HR teams for employee updates, resolving payroll-related employee queries, generating payroll reports, and posting payroll journals in ERP systems. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll processing, statutory requirements, and payroll reporting. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with payroll software such as SAP, greytHR, Workday, or similar platforms. Additional preferred skills include experience with payroll automation systems, understanding of evolving labor laws and compliance requirements, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
