American Express is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). The Global Talent Acquisition function is undergoing a strategic recruitment transformation with a focus on robotics, process automation, modern recruitment infrastructure and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruiting priorities and end-to-end recruitment service delivery while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience. The role requires sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and managing the offer process to attract and hire high-quality talent efficiently. The incumbent will actively build talent pipelines, maintain long-term candidate relationships and act as a talent champion for American Express.

Key Responsibilities
Β
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessments, interviews, offer management and onboarding for assigned requisitions
Β
Ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Β
Manage stakeholder relationships and drive recruitment processes including talent branding, sourcing strategies and recruitment delivery
Β
Understand business requirements and hiring manager needs to develop effective hiring solutions
Β
Implement sourcing strategies and talent pipelining initiatives across all levels using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, employee referrals and internal job postings
Β
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements
Β
Drive recruitment branding, marketing and social media strategies in partnership with internal specialists
Β
Collaborate with Recruitment Operations teams to ensure compliance, risk management and seamless recruitment delivery
Β
Partner with team members to understand talent needs and stay updated on regional recruitment best practices
Β
Provide recruitment support for senior-level hiring requirements
Β
Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, market intelligence, competitor insights and compensation trends
Β
Maintain ATS data accuracy and compliance with regional regulations
Β
Act as a recruitment subject matter expert supporting both local and global hiring priorities
Β
Recommend and implement recruitment process improvements aligned with American Express brand values and long-term growth objectives

Qualifications
Β
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent qualification
Β
Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global recruitment environment
Β
Experience managing relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and key stakeholders
Β
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern recruitment technologies
Β
Strong assessment and interviewing skills with expertise in selection methodologies and recruitment processes
Β
Deep understanding of recruitment trends, market intelligence and talent landscape insights
Β
Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Β
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
Β
Strong business partnering capabilities across organizational levels
Β
