Job Description
NLB Services is hiring experienced US Staffing Recruiters for its growing recruitment team in Sector 62, Noida. The openings cover US IT W2 & C2C recruitment as well as Techno-Functional and Creative roles. The role requires strong knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, candidate management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. NLB Services also operates a Delhi NCR office in Noida and provides talent and workforce solutions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US staffing recruitment activities from requirement understanding through offer and joining.
Recruit candidates for US IT positions under W2 and C2C hiring models.
Handle recruitment for Techno-Functional and Creative roles as per business requirements.
Understand client and job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming US staffing requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interview feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining processes.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while meeting defined timelines and hiring targets.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.
Resolve candidate queries and ensure smooth movement through the selection process.
Support recruitment reporting and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open requirements.

Experience in US IT, Techno-Functional, or Creative recruitment will be preferred.
