Miles Ahead 91 Synergy is hiring a Manager – Payroll for a Global Leader in Digital Workspace Solutions based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for driving payroll excellence, workforce governance, statutory compliance, reporting, and enterprise payroll operations.
Key Expertise Required:
• Payroll Processing and Reporting
• Payroll Compliance and Labour Laws
• Stakeholder Management and Management Reporting
• Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Analytics
• HRIS and Payroll Systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ADP
Preferred Experience:
• Large Headcount Payroll Management
• Statutory Audits and Inspections
• Enterprise Payroll Operations
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, handling audits and inspections, preparing payroll reports for management, working with large employee populations, and utilizing HRIS and payroll systems effectively.
