IBU Group is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join its growing team in Gurugram. The organization operates in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Talent Solutions, Software Services, Resourcing, and Staffing Services with a global presence across multiple countries. Company size is 1,001-5,000 employees.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and sourcing niche technology skills. This role requires managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for contract and permanent hiring requirements.
Source technology professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate technical and functional suitability.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth closure of open positions.
Manage ATS records and recruitment documentation.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external partners when required.
Ensure positive candidate experience and timely hiring delivery.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies to identify niche technology talent.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment targets and service expectations. IBU Group provides consulting, engineering, digital transformation, staffing, and talent acquisition services globally.
