Key Responsibilities:

ā¢ Implement effective university recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-potential university graduates and interns for diverse roles within the company while aligning with the organization's innovative and inclusive culture.

ā¢ Efficiently manage high-volume and complex university hiring processes, ensuring quality and consistency in candidate selection and onboarding.
Ā
ā¢ Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at universities, including career services, faculty members, and student organizations, to position the company as an employer of choice among students and graduates.
Ā
ā¢ Plan, organize, and participate in campus engagements such as career fairs, technology talks, workshops, and networking sessions to engage with potential candidates and enhance employer branding.

ā¢ Support early career hiring initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition strategies for graduate and intern recruitment.

Required Qualifications:

ā¢ Any degree or specialization.
Ā
ā¢ 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in university recruitment, campus hiring, or early career hiring.

ā¢ Experience within a technology-driven and dynamic industry is preferred.

ā¢ Strong networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
