We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of handling multiple HR functions in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with recruitment vendors, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, managing onboarding and induction activities, maintaining employee records and HR databases, handling documentation, managing attendance and leave records, coordinating payroll inputs, organizing employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee queries, supporting performance management, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating background verification processes, supporting HR audits, conducting exit formalities, and managing full-and-final settlements. Candidates should have hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS and ATS tools, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Experience in IT recruitment, labour laws, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll coordination will be an added advantage.
