Aerione Bharat Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based deep-tech company operating at the intersection of space science, aerospace engineering, and STEM education. The company builds rocketry education programs for students and educators, designs innovations such as the GennXT Smart Geometry tool and biodegradable material solutions, and curates immersive experiences through its Astronomy Expo series. As Senior HR Manager, the selected candidate will own the complete people function at Aerione Bharat, from talent strategy and leadership hiring to culture, compliance, and capability building. The role works directly with the Founder and leadership team to build an organization that attracts top-tier science, technology, and business talent.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Leadership responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, and creative roles, building talent pipelines for niche aerospace, EdTech, and STEM product development roles, driving campus hiring partnerships with top institutions, and designing structured interview frameworks and role-fit assessments.
HR Strategy & People Planning responsibilities include partnering with the Leadership Team to develop a multi-year HR roadmap aligned with company growth ambitions, designing organization structures and manpower planning frameworks for new product lines and geographies, and implementing total rewards strategies including compensation benchmarking, incentives, and benefits design.
Team Leadership & HR Operations responsibilities include leading and mentoring the HR team, setting KPIs, overseeing HRMS administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and Shops & Establishments Act compliance while streamlining HR processes to support scale.
Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding responsibilities include building a high-performance and innovation-first culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys, establishing Aerione Bharat as an employer of choice, and leading employer branding across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other channels.
Performance Management & Learning responsibilities include designing performance review cycles, identifying learning and development needs, creating leadership growth pathways, and driving succession planning for critical roles.
HR Business Partnering responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to department heads, managing employee relations and grievance redressal, and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should be a builder capable of setting up systems in an evolving environment, a strategic thinker balancing long-term planning with operational delivery, a recruitment specialist passionate about talent acquisition, and a culture champion for science and technology organizations.
Candidates should possess fluency in Kannada, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with local teams, vendors, and institutional partners. The role requires high ownership, collaboration, and the ability to operate independently.
