Job Description
Jigya Software Services, part of the Orpine Group, is expanding its recruitment team and hiring target-driven IT Recruiters for US IT and Domestic IT recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of requirements for Tier-1 and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for US and/or Domestic hiring requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through relevant job portals, professional networks, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interview feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining processes.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while meeting defined hiring targets and timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Support timely position closures and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to recruitment targets and business hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities – US IT Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle US IT staffing recruitment for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and other US staffing channels.
Apply knowledge of US tax terms and visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
Manage candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and joining activities.
Work effectively with US clients and stakeholders in night-shift / EST-aligned working hours.
Key Responsibilities – Domestic IT Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end domestic IT hiring for large Indian and multinational clients.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, offers, and joining formalities.
Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing domestic IT requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
US IT Recruiters must have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and full-cycle recruitment.
Domestic IT Recruiters should have relevant domestic IT recruitment experience; 2–3 years is preferred.
Strong communication, candidate-handling, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Ability to work onsite in Rohini, Delhi.
Preferred Profile: Target-driven IT Recruiters with 2+ years of relevant experience in US or Domestic IT recruitment. US IT candidates should have strong W2/C2C/1099 staffing knowledge and experience with US sourcing platforms and visa categories. Domestic IT candidates should have hands-on experience recruiting for Indian and MNC clients using Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
