The ideal candidate should think like a business partner rather than only an HR professional and understand the unique dynamics of consulting firms, design agencies, and client-service environments. The candidate should be comfortable handling difficult conversations, building trust with employees and leadership, and balancing employee advocacy with business priorities.
Key responsibilities in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding include building and executing hiring strategies across consulting, design, product, technology, and business functions. The role involves strengthening employer branding initiatives and developing partnerships with talent communities and networks.
Under Performance and Talent Management, the HR Head will drive goal-setting, performance reviews, talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. The role requires creating frameworks that reward high performance and accountability.
Employee Experience and Engagement responsibilities include building programs that improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction while fostering a culture aligned with company values. The incumbent will lead employee communication and engagement initiatives.
The HR Head will oversee HR policies, compliance, employee relations, governance, onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, and exit processes. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations is a critical aspect of the role.
The position also includes identifying capability gaps, implementing learning initiatives, developing managers and future leaders, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. As a strategic HR partner, the candidate will work closely with founders and leadership teams on organizational planning, workforce planning, and business expansion initiatives while leveraging people analytics to improve business outcomes.
Success after 12 months includes filling key positions with high-quality talent, improving employee engagement and retention, enhancing performance management effectiveness, establishing HR as a strategic business partner, and building scalable people processes without unnecessary complexity.
Candidates must have 10–12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4–5 years in leadership roles. Prior experience in Design Agencies, Digital Agencies, Consulting Firms, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation Consulting is mandatory.
