We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development (T&D) Manager to support the growth and development of employees. The T&D Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies, managing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Learning Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Assess individual and organizational development needs to drive training initiatives.
Design and Deliver Training Programs:
Develop and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programs.
Utilize various learning methods including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance training quality.
Manage Budgets and Vendor Relationships:
Oversee the budget for training and development activities.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to source and deliver specialized training programs.
Support Career Development:
Work with employees and managers to create individual development plans and career paths.
Provide guidance and support to employees in their learning and development journey.
Promote a Learning Culture:
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among employees.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as a T&D/L&D Manager or in a similar role with 12+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms and instructional design software.
Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
