The Senior Manager, Human Resources will join Foundever’s global HR team, supporting senior leadership across Technology, Digital & AI, and Growth functions. Reporting to the HR Director, this role operates as a strategic partner to global executives while also delivering core HR initiatives within a COE-led HR operating model.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on organizational transformation, leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning in a fast-evolving, technology-enabled global environment. The role requires collaboration across multiple time zones and regions.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders such as the CIO, Chief Digital & AI Officer, and Chief Growth Officer leadership teams to execute functional strategies through a people lens. The role supports global transformation initiatives and provides insight-driven guidance on organizational effectiveness, capability building, and future workforce needs.
The incumbent will implement organizational design initiatives involving structures, roles, spans and layers, and accountability models while executing structural changes end-to-end. Responsibilities also include building workforce scenarios aligned with business priorities, financial plans, and talent strategies.
The role partners with Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes for senior and critical roles, actively participates in role definition and talent assessment, and leads onboarding and assimilation activities for new hires.
Additional responsibilities include executing talent management processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. The role focuses on developing leadership pipelines, especially in digital, AI, and commercial domains, while coaching senior leaders to enhance effectiveness and team performance.
The candidate will drive employee engagement initiatives, translate survey insights into actionable plans, embed organizational culture, and support leaders through change and ambiguity. The role also supports compensation cycles, advises on pay and performance decisions, and partners with Employee Relations and Legal teams on compliance matters.
Data-driven decision-making is a critical aspect of the role, leveraging HR dashboards and metrics such as engagement, attrition, hiring effectiveness, and talent pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have experience in global, matrixed organizations, particularly within technology, digital, or commercial functions. Experience in organizational design, transformation, workforce planning, and COE or shared services models is essential. Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation environments in BPO, technology, or services sectors is preferred.
