Job Description
Jigya is hiring an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join its team in Rohini, Delhi/NCR. The role focuses on end-to-end domestic IT recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, talent pipeline development, and successful position closures. The recruiter will have the opportunity to work on requirements for reputed clients including Oracle, NTT Data, and Elevance Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment activities from requirement understanding through onboarding.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Manage interview feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining coordination.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously while meeting defined hiring timelines.
Drive timely closures and demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Experience handling enterprise-level IT requirements and working with reputed clients will be preferred.
