Job Description
Position: Senior Executive HRBP ā Warehouse Operations | Experience: 1ā3 Years | Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Payroll: CIEL HR Services ā Off-Roll | CTC: Up to 6 LPA | Shift: Rotational Shifts. We are looking for an Executive HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves managing blue-collar and contractual workforce, attendance and manpower planning, employee engagement, hiring and onboarding, grievance handling, HR MIS, and coordination with warehouse operations and staffing partners. Key responsibilities include managing employee joining, onboarding, transfers and exits; handling attendance, leave, shift planning and manpower deployment; addressing employee queries related to salary, attendance, incentives and shifts; resolving employee grievances and day-to-day HR concerns; coordinating with staffing agencies and vendors for contractual manpower hiring; ensuring adequate manpower availability as per warehouse requirements; monitoring absenteeism, attrition and workforce productivity; working closely with warehouse operations to maintain employee discipline and engagement; supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives; preparing HR MIS, headcount, attendance, attrition and manpower reports; ensuring timely completion of HR documentation and compliance activities; and coordinating with internal stakeholders and staffing vendors for workforce requirements. Candidates should have 1ā3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Warehouse HR, Industrial HR, Plant HR or Employee Relations, with hands-on experience managing blue-collar and contractual workforce. Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quick Commerce is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with staffing agencies or vendors, a good understanding of attendance management, manpower planning and employee relations, basic knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Compliance, strong communication and employee-handling skills, good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts and a warehouse environment.
