Job Description
Randstad is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on behalf of a leading Hyperscale Data Center organization for a full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on global talent acquisition operations, SOP optimization, process leadership, data-driven reporting, cross-functional stakeholder management, and the implementation of AI and automation tools in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide Recruitment Coordinators while stepping in directly to manage complex, priority, or high-volume hiring processes.
Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition logistics, cross-regional scheduling, and onboarding handovers across various time zones.
Maintain strict data integrity, requisition accuracy, and global stage consistency within Greenhouse ATS.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, workflow automation, and recruiting technology to minimize manual administrative tasks and accelerate hiring.
Own global recruitment metrics, analyze funnel bottlenecks, and drive scalable, data-led operational improvements.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and global People & Culture teams.
Requirements
Experience: Extensive background in recruitment operations, process optimization, and operational leadership within a global or corporate environment.
Technical & Tool Expertise: Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (specifically Greenhouse), global metrics reporting, and adopting AI/automation tools in talent acquisition.
Key Expertise: TA logistics, cross-regional scheduling, data integrity management, SOP optimization, and stakeholder management.
Competencies: Hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
