Hiring – SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits Consultant Visionyle Solutions is looking for experienced professionals for the role of SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits Consultant to support enterprise-scale benefits transformation initiatives. Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Gurugram & Mumbai Experience Required: 5+ Years Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits Consultant Key Responsibilities: • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits, including benefits programs, plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment events • Manage life event configurations and support open enrollment activities • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end benefits processes • Test and validate Benefits-to-Carrier interfaces, enrollment feeds, and third-party vendor integrations • Perform integration testing across HR-to-Benefits, Benefits-to-Payroll, and Benefits-to-Carrier data flows • Log, track, and resolve defects using tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues • Prepare and maintain test scenarios, scripts, test evidence, and defect documentation • Proactively identify blockers and ensure adherence to testing plans and timelines Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in the Benefits domain (SAP HCM Benefits and/or SuccessFactors EC Benefits) • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US Benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), Life, and Disability plans • Strong understanding of Open Enrollment cycles and ACA compliance requirements • 2+ years of experience in Integration Testing and SIT execution on SAP or SuccessFactors programs • Experience testing carrier interfaces, enrollment feeds, and third-party integrations • Expertise in SuccessFactors EC Benefits, including plan setup, eligibility rules, enrollment events, and life event configurations • Knowledge of SAP HCM Benefits, including Infotypes IT0167, IT0168, and IT0169 with payroll deduction integration • Strong defect management experience using HP ALM, Quality Center, JIRA, or Azure DevOps • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: • SuccessFactors EC or EC Benefits Certification • Experience with Benefits Administration platforms • Prior consulting or system integrator delivery experience Professionals with relevant SAP SuccessFactors and Benefits domain expertise are encouraged to apply.
