V-Guard Industries Limited is hiring a Regional Lead HRBP and ER & Compliance for its manufacturing operations based in Hyderabad. The role is responsible for leading and governing all HR, Industrial Relations and Compliance activities across manufacturing plants within the assigned region. The position ensures manpower readiness, employee engagement, labor harmony, statutory compliance and operational excellence aligned with the companyās manufacturing strategy and people vision. Key responsibilities include serving as the HR partner to manufacturing function heads, aligning manpower planning and workforce requirements with business objectives, driving performance management, talent movement and succession planning, advising leadership on organization structure and workforce deployment, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and acting as an escalation point for people-related matters. The role will develop and implement regional HR strategy, oversee onboarding, transfers, confirmations and separations, monitor manpower costs, productivity, absenteeism and attrition trends and ensure policy consistency across all plants. The incumbent will lead industrial relations initiatives, maintain positive relationships with unions and workmen, oversee grievance management, disciplinary proceedings and settlements, support collective bargaining and wage settlement processes and ensure adherence to standing orders and grievance redressal mechanisms. Responsibilities also include ensuring full statutory compliance with labor laws, validating compliance reports, managing audits and inspections, coordinating with legal advisors and driving corrective actions. The role will guide employee engagement initiatives, capability development programs, leadership development for manufacturing managers and promote company culture across the regional workforce. Additionally, the position will oversee administration and vendor governance including security, transport, canteen and welfare facilities, monitor vendor performance and compliance, support infrastructure readiness and drive cost optimization initiatives. The role will review HR, IR and compliance analytics, ensure accuracy of Darwinbox HRMS data and prepare regional performance reports for leadership.
