Alp Consulting Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – Non-IT Talent Acquisition to join its Human Resources team in Bengaluru. Reporting to the Head HR, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT functions while ensuring seamless onboarding, stakeholder engagement, compliance support, and recruitment process excellence.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of overall recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in Non-IT recruitment and 2 years of employee onboarding experience. Prior experience hiring for Statutory Compliance and Payroll positions is preferred. Experience in recruitment consulting or corporate hiring environments will be an added advantage.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various levels. Responsibilities include understanding manpower requirements from business stakeholders, preparing hiring plans, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and professional networking channels. The selected candidate will screen and shortlist applicants, conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, manage offer negotiations, and ensure successful candidate closures.
The recruiter will track key recruitment metrics including turnaround time, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, hiring costs, and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. The role also includes complete employee onboarding responsibilities from offer acceptance to joining, coordinating documentation and verification processes, issuing appointment letters, completing joining formalities, and ensuring smooth integration of employees into business teams.
Additional responsibilities include partnering with business managers to understand workforce requirements, providing hiring updates and dashboards, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, coordinating with staffing partners and recruitment vendors, maintaining recruitment trackers, onboarding dashboards, hiring MIS reports, and recruitment budget reports.
The selected candidate will generate weekly and monthly hiring reports, analyze recruitment trends, recommend process improvements, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and recruitment databases. Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, employer branding, onboarding, HR documentation, background verification, payroll input management, and employee record management is essential.
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS Reporting, along with experience using ATS platforms, HRMS systems, and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Performance will be measured through position closure turnaround time, number of positions closed, offer-to-joining ratio, candidate satisfaction scores, onboarding accuracy, recruitment cost efficiency, and hiring manager satisfaction.
