Key Responsibilities:
• Review and audit employee timecards for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll processes across ADP, Oracle R12, and Oracle Fusion.
• Handle payroll queries, corrections, and payroll reporting activities.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and global teams.
• Manage ServiceNow queues and payroll-related support tickets.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, Oracle R12, and Oracle Fusion.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Lookups, IF functions, and Macros.
• Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with US stakeholders.
