The Advisor/Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition (Early Careers - UK) will be part of the team delivering high-volume graduate, placement and apprentice recruitment programs. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including attraction support, candidate selection, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding aligned with one or more business areas.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the UK Recruitment Team to ensure seamless recruitment delivery, shortlisting candidates across graduate, apprentice and placement streams, matching candidates to opportunities, managing relationships with business stakeholders and the Early Careers Team, and ensuring smooth delivery of vacancies. The role will involve managing large candidate volumes through the recruitment process while delivering exceptional customer service and a positive candidate experience.
The selected candidate will engage extensively with business leaders and candidates, utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment management, deliver virtual interview days, support hiring decisions, promote equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, continuously review candidate pipelines using recruitment data and reports, and collaborate closely with the wider early careers team to drive recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong presentation abilities, experience managing high-volume recruitment processes, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, customer-focused thinking, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Early Careers recruitment is preferred, though candidates with strong interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
